Mark A. Hafner, J.D.

Mark A. Hafner, J.D. is president and CEO of Practice Management Healthcare Consultants, Inc. His specialty is healthcare consulting and practice management services. Mr. Hafner has been working in this field over fifteen years having served six of those years with The PM Group-Toledo, Inc., a healthcare consulting group.

Prior to specializing in healthcare, Mr. Hafner served seven years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche as a member of the tax department working with both large and small businesses.

Mr. Hafner is a licensed attorney, admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 1987 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in June 1992. He is a member of the Ohio State, Lucas County and Toledo Bar associations, Toledo Estate Planning Council, as well as an affiliate member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.

His credentials include a juris doctorate degree from the University of Toledo College of Law and a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. He graduated from both with honors (cum laude).

Hafner has also studied and obtained licenses in the areas of health, life, disability insurance, investment company and variable annuity products.

In addition to providing accounting and tax services, Mr. Hafner specializes in medical, dental and chiropractic practice management and administration.
